“Supernova” is a new and revolutionary light fitting for medium and big areas; for indoor or
outdoor installation IP65 degree of protection.
Versions: 1 lamp or 2 lamps, for the innovative
compact fluorescent lamps Philips PL-H and for traditional high pressure sodium lamps and Metal Halide Mastercolour.
“Supernova” is in self-extinguishing V2 polycarbonate, transparent
U.V. stabilized diffuser.
Thanks to various accessories it is possible to have different
installations: on lighting track, chains suspension, wall, ceiling or pole mounting.
With “Supernova” it is possible to turn the lighting flux toward different directions thanks to
the rotation of the lamp group (5° pre-fixed angle).
This patented system allows to maintain the IP65 protection.
The installation is simple and versatile.
Materials
Body in self-extinguishing V2 polycarbonate,
high mechanical and thermal resistance in white, grey, black or transparent colour.
Reflector in patterned anodized aluminium.
Diffuser in self-extinguishing V2 polycarbonate,
high mechanical resistance, transparent U.V. stabilized (IK08 code for protection against mechanical
impacts - EN 50102).
Wiring
Electronic wiring 220/240V- 50/60Hz for compact fluorescent
lamps, 2G8 socket; magnetic or electronic wiring for high pressure sodium lamps or H.I.D. lamps. Electrical
components with ENEC approval.
Cable in silicone HV VDE and H05V2-U section 0,75 mm².
Socket terminal 2P+T (section max 2,5 mm²).
In accordance with standard IEC 598, CEI EN 60598-1 (CEI 34-21).
